WELCOME NEWCOMERS. Welcome to the St. Ann’s Chapel where the traditional Latin Mass is offered every Sunday at 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Everyone is welcome to attend Mass, but please be aware that we have a dress code and rules to follow for the reception of Holy Communion. So, please read the information on the back of the Sunday bulletin.
MASS STIPENDS. Please note that we have a back-log of Mass requests. Please do not submit anymore Mass requests until further notice.
LADIES SODALITY. Tomorrow at 7:00 p.m., Our Lady of Hope Sodality will meet for the Rosary and Benediction.
CHRISTMAS CONCERT DVD. The DVD of St. Anne’s Academy Christmas play is available in the bookstore for $10.
HOLY HOUR. This Thursday evening from 11:00 p.m. until midnight, there will be a Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament exposed in reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Confessions will be heard during the Holy Hour. All are welcome to attend.
ROSARY OF REPARATION. Friday, January 23, is the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. in memory of the anniversary of the Supreme Court decision of Roe vs. Wade. There will be a special Holy Hour here with the Rosary from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. to make reparation for the sin of abortion. We encourage all parishioners to make a special effort to attend and to spend this hour before the Blessed Sacrament to help atone for this grievous offense against God and the unborn.
CITY PUBLIC HEARING. On Monday, January 26, at 7:00 p.m., the White Bear Lake Planning Commission will meet in the City Council Chambers at City Hall (4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake) to review our application for the construction of a new school building. This is an exciting step forward in the project, and we warmly encourage you to attend as a show of support for the Academy.
CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS. On Saturday, January 31, we will take down the Christmas decorations after the 9:00 a.m. Mass. Please contact the Sisters if you are available to help with the work.
MEN’S DAY OF RECOLLECTION. On Saturday, February 7, there will be a Day of Recollection for the men of the parish. Registration forms are available in the vestibule. Please sign up today.
BISHOP SANTAY’S ANNIVERSARY. This April, Bishop Santay will celebrate his 25th anniversary of ordination to the holy priesthood. There will be a Mass and dinner to celebrate this anniversary on Long Island on April 14th. More information will be forthcoming. Please keep Bishop Santay in your prayers as he celebrates this milestone in his priesthood.
